EP7: Kim Perone – From Tragedy to Purpose
Our guest in this episode is Kim Perone, a published author and a former communications executive who left her profession to pursue a career as a life coach following the tragic deaths of her son and her sister, within five years of each other.
Kim talks about the paradox of grieving and needing to stay strong in order to raise her other son and to help take care of her sister’s baby.
She ended up leaving a high-powered job to pursue a career as a life coach, and she now helps people with all kinds of transitions and challenges, including grief. Kim currently coaches and co-owns a wellness center in upstate New York.
