As a strategist and writer specializing in brand message and story, Susan works with innovative, game-changing companies, organizations, and entrepreneurs to make them more marketable and raise their visibility. Her professional career includes 25 years in the entertainment industry as a marketing, communications, and branding strategist, event producer, and writer. She has travelled the world and worked on projects in Africa, Haiti, Europe, and the U.S.
On the personal side, Susan holistically healed her hyperthyroid condition and Graves’. Holistic living and alternative medicine have been part of her life since she was a young teenager when she learned to navigate and integrate Western and Eastern medicine for her own healing. She did her Kundalini yoga teacher training in Ghana, West Africa and is a certified teacher. She is also a certified Pilates instructor and Shiatsu massage therapist.
As a freelance writer, she is a contributing author to the book, Pain, Purpose, Passion: That Was Then, This Is Now, 22 Triumphant Journeys, published by The Round House Press. Her writing has appeared in FourTwoNine Magazine, Aquarian Times, Spirituality & Health, PR Week, and IndieWire. She is working on her first memoir for the Round House Press and is a contributing blogger to Huffington Post, Identity Magazine, and Yogic Living.
Salsa dancing is her passion and when not working or writing, you can usually find her shaking her booty on the dance floor!
